Terms of Service

By accessing or using the services provided by PICANKI TECH HUB, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, you may not access our website or use any of our services.

All service engagements are governed by individual Statement of Work (SOW) documents. These include:

• Defined project milestones and timelines.
• Payment schedules (deposits, progress payments, and finals).
• Change request procedures for scope adjustments.

Unless otherwise stated in a specific contract, all code, designs, and assets developed by PICANKI TECH HUB remain the property of PICANKI until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client as specified in the SOW.

Our proprietary tools, frameworks, and reusable libraries remain the intellectual property of PICANKI TECH HUB.

PICANKI TECH HUB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
